Terms of service

Last updated November 2026

These terms govern your use of YourQR, a service of Sky Motive Services LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), Hyderabad, Telangana 500098, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using YourQR you agree to them, and to our Privacy policy and Acceptable use policy. If you use YourQR for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Who can use YourQR

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. YourQR is not meant for children.

2. The service

YourQR lets you create dynamic QR codes, digital profiles, pages, forms and QR/NFC products, change where they point, and see basic analytics. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • New accounts may need approval before they're activated.
  • Organization admins are responsible for the members they add.

4. Your content and links

You own the content you add (profile details, files, form questions and the links your QR codes open). You give us permission to host and display it so the service works.

You are fully responsible for what your QR codes, profiles, pages and forms link to or show. You must not host, display, upload, share or link to anything listed in our Acceptable use policy, which includes the content the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 forbid.

5. Removing content

To protect people who scan YourQR codes, we automatically check links against our own rules and third-party safety services. We may refuse, pause or remove any link, QR code, page, profile or account that we reasonably believe is unsafe, illegal or against these terms, including when we receive a court order or a lawful request from the Government. When we remove content for such reasons, we may keep the related records for 180 days (or longer if the law or an investigation requires).

6. Leads and visitor data

When you collect leads or form responses through YourQR, you are the Data Fiduciary for that data under the DPDP Act, and we process it only on your behalf, as your Data Processor. You agree to:

  • collect only what you need, tell visitors why, and get any consent the law requires;
  • use the details only for that purpose, and stop contacting people who ask you to;
  • answer visitors' requests to see, correct or delete their details (you can export or delete entries anytime).

We show a short notice on lead forms telling visitors who receives their details. We keep entries for the time you choose (1 year by default), email you 7 days before older entries are removed, and keep removed entries restorable for 30 days. We don't use your visitors' details for anything else.

7. Plans, payments and renewal

  • Paid plans run for the period you buy (1, 6 or 12 months) and don't renew automatically. The full price, including any tax, is shown before you pay.
  • New accounts get a free trial after confirming their email. When a paid plan ends you keep its features for a short grace period; after that the account moves to the Free plan. Items beyond the Free plan's limits are paused, never deleted, and come back when you upgrade.
  • Upgrades start right away with credit for the unused time on your current plan. Downgrades start when your current plan ends.
  • Plan payments are non-refundable once the plan is active, except in the cases listed in our Refund & cancellation policy.

8. Physical products

QR keychains, cards, stickers and NFC tags are sold and delivered in India only. Customers in other countries can download and print their QR codes themselves. Delivery times, returns and costs are in our Shipping & delivery policy and Refund & cancellation policy.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep YourQR fast and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. See also our Disclaimer.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using YourQR and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable use policy, put others at risk, or are used for fraud.

11. Liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, YourQR is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content and websites that users link to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to compensate us for claims by others that arise from your content, your links or your use of visitor data in breach of these terms or the law.

12. Complaints and grievances

Complaints about YourQR, content on it, orders or your personal data go to our Grievance Officer: Koyalkar Ajaykumar, support@skymotiveservices.in, or the form on the Grievance page. We acknowledge every complaint right away and resolve it within 15 days.
